Playskool Chomp Squad Dino Bundle — a toy from the Dino Chompers mat

What this Playskool box is

Chomp Squad Dino Bundle lands on the Dino Chompers mat as a jaw toy. At $18.99 it is one of the plainer boxes here, which is usually a good sign: fewer parts, fewer things to lose. 1 pieces go in the bin. Stock was thin at sweeping time, so check the listing before planning a birthday round it.

Play here starts without instructions: a hand lands on it, something happens, and the child does it again. Small explorers get the point in about four seconds, which is the only usability test that matters on a floor. The fun holds up because the cause and the effect sit next to each other.

Keep it with the blocks rather than on a display shelf. Parents who treat a Playskool toy as furniture get more out of it, and the Playskool build assumes it will be stood on at least once.
