Write to the playroom — the Playskool toys floor
Questions we can answer
Which mat a toy belongs on. Whether a figure is the four-inch or the ten-inch build. How many gears come in a stack, what age a board was designed for, whether a soft friend can go in the machine. Anything about the toys themselves, in other words.
Questions we cannot
Anything about an order. We never see one. Tracking, a late box, a missing piece, a refund or a warranty claim all live with the store that took your payment, and the fastest route is always the order page in your account there. Writing to us adds a day and gets you the same advice.
Where to write
[email protected] reaches a person, usually within a working day. Longer questions get longer answers; if you tell us the age of the child and what they already own, the reply is more useful.

How this reads against the Playskool toys on the floor
That is the whole arrangement. Playskool toys, eight mats, figures read off the listing, blocks in the bin. Parents who want to argue with the sorting are usually right, and the floor gets re-swept anyway.
The blocks bin is its home address. Parents who want one Playskool box to cover a whole stage usually land on something like this, and the Playskool build means it is still there for the next child.
Children play with this standing, sitting and lying across it, so the shell is built for all three. Little explorers test everything by dropping it, and the fun survives the test.
